Our mission is to provide volunteer service organizations with the tools to build capacity, effectively recruit, manage, and retain volunteers - and to measure the impact of those programs on the communities they serve. Much of the content of this site is provided free of charge, but we also provide individual assessments, coaching, and capacity building services for organizations of all sizes.
